The rules behind the reel.

1. Who may use HeyyLabs

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and at least 18 years old. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your password, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly at support@heyylabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. The service

HeyyLabs provides tools that generate and transform images and video from prompts and uploaded media. AI systems are probabilistic: results may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other users’ results, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We may change models, limits, formats, or features to maintain safety, reliability, and product quality.

3. Your content and generated output

You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and other material you submit. You grant HeyyLabs a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, process, reproduce, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed for every upload, including a person’s image, voice, likeness, trademarks, and copyrighted material.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for personal or commercial purposes. HeyyLabs does not promise that output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, or cleared for a particular commercial use. Obtain professional clearance where the stakes require it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use HeyyLabs to create or distribute unlawful content; child sexual abuse material; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; deceptive impersonation or fraud; hateful or violent extremist material; instructions that facilitate serious harm; or content that infringes privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass safeguards, resell access, or use automated means beyond interfaces we provide. We may block prompts, remove shared content, suspend access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

5. Credits, prices, and payment

Free accounts receive one Fast video generation and one image generation. Paid packs add the number of credits shown at checkout. Image generation costs 0.5 credit, prompt refinement 1 credit, Fast video 35 credits, and Balanced or Ultra video 80 credits. Costs shown before generation apply when the request is accepted; failed jobs are eligible for automatic credit restoration where our system records the failure.

Basic and Ultra are one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire under the current offering, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may only be used within HeyyLabs. Prices, currency conversion, taxes, and payment-method availability may vary; the checkout amount is controlling. Razorpay processes payments. We do not store full card, bank, or UPI credentials.

6. Refunds and payment disputes

Except where required by law, completed purchases of digital credits are non-refundable once any purchased credit has been used. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days with the payment identifier. We will investigate duplicate charges, verified payment failures, and credits not delivered after a captured payment. Chargebacks or reversals may result in removal of the corresponding credits and temporary account restriction while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Community sharing

Sharing to Explore makes the selected output, title, prompt, creator display name, and engagement counts visible to other signed-in users. Do not share confidential material. You grant HeyyLabs a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute shared posts within the service and in product promotion; you can ask us to remove a post by contacting support.

8. Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free output. We do not guarantee generation time, model availability, permanent storage, or that a result will meet creative or commercial expectations.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyyLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to HeyyLabs in the six months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify HeyyLabs from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of generated output, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by HeyyLabs’ own unlawful conduct.

11. Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or harm to the service or others. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each party will attempt in good faith to resolve it by written notice for 30 days. Questions may be sent to legal@heyylabs.com.
